Axonklinikken is in search of an operational Digital marketer who is both passionate about transformative mental health care and proficient in multi-channel digital marketing. Your role will involve overseeing SEO, social media, and email campaigns, as well as extracting and presenting actionable insights from analytics tools like GA4 and HubSpot. You will work with an agile team passionate about communicating Axonklinikkens mission.
The candidate we are looking for would also have a foundational understanding of the mental health field, ideally coupled with an awareness of current trends and emerging treatments. Even better if your personal and professional goals align with the vision and mission of Axonklinikken, especially our focus on systemic change in mental health care.
- Oversee and optimize campaigns across SEO and social media platforms.
- Create and adjust content tailored for different digital channels.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance in GA4 and HubSpot.
- Extract actionable insights and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Design, segment, and optimize email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of email campaigns.
- Support the rebranding process which will be announced shortly
- Apply SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Design and implement marketing strategies
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with key online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Experience in managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze and extract actionable insights from tools such as GA4, website analytics, and HubSpot dashboards. Should be capable of setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaign performance metrics.
- Content Creation & Management: Ability to create engaging content tailored for various digital platforms. Knowledge of best practices for web content, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
- Email Marketing: Expertise in creating, segmenting, and optimizing email campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO best practices. Experience in keyword research, link-building strategies, and optimizing web content for search engines.
